Cancellation Policy

Please read the following carefully:


 For Therapeutic Massage or Ayurvedic Massage Appointments

Your business is valued and your cooperation is appreciated. We are making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other requests once you have made the appointment. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for any scheduled appointments including gift certificate sessions. Missed or no-show appointments will result in your being charged the full amount of the session booked unless the appointment can be filled. Depending on our booking schedule, late appointments may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment service booked: Full payment is required. In the case of an emergency, the charge will be left to the therapist's discretion.

 

For Advanced-Practice Bodywork

Your appointment is important. Realize that Dana has made a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment and has turned away all other requests for that time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be kind enough to do so, a minimum of 48 hours in advance. More notice is appreciated whenever possible to accommodate other patients that may be waiting for an appointment. Please note that it is Dana’s policy that last minute cancellations and missed appointments are paid for in full, with the only exception being a true and verifiable emergency.
